01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service offered by l499 (accessible at https://l499.app and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and l499 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the l499 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and l499.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the l499 platform and the use of any gambling or betting service offered thereon is strictly restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. l499 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or access any real-money gaming feature on the platform. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

Verification of Eligibility

l499 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued National ID Card (NID), a valid passport, or a driver's licence. Document submission is required as a condition of processing the first withdrawal request and may be requested at any other time at the Platform's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by l499 may result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money casino games, sports betting markets, or any other paid service on l499, you are required to create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration, and at any subsequent point when updating your account details, is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information — including the use of another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available as an additional layer of account protection;

l499 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from l499 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

KYC — Know Your Customer

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and the prevention of financial crime, l499 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all player accounts. Full KYC verification — including submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. l499 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time, including proof of source of funds, if account activity warrants further review.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the l499 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l499 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Processing Time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your l499 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to process.
• Deposit Fees: l499 does not charge any deposit processing fee. Your payment provider may levy its own transaction charges, for which l499 accepts no responsibility.
• Source of Funds: All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount to the original payment source.
• Deposit Limits: You may set voluntary deposit limits from within your account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.

Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to three hours of submission. Rocket and Upay withdrawals typically complete within two to six hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to two business days.
• Verification Requirement: KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request will be processed. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at l499's discretion.
• Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This measure is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• Withdrawal Conditions: l499 reserves the right to apply a wagering requirement review prior to processing any withdrawal. If l499 has reason to believe that deposited funds have not been genuinely wagered in the course of normal gaming activity, the withdrawal request may be held pending investigation.

Currency and Exchange

Since all transactions are conducted in BDT, there is no currency conversion applicable to standard player transactions. l499 bears no responsibility for any exchange rate fluctuation or international processing fee that may be levied by a player's bank or card issuer on cross-border transactions.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

l499 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the offer is made. These promotion-specific terms supplement the general bonus provisions in this section and, in the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash balances. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms for each individual offer.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or multiple payment methods is a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit within which the associated wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus funds remaining after the expiry date, and any winnings generated from those funds, will be voided without notice.

• Withdrawal Before Completion: Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the full wagering requirement associated with an active bonus will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated pending winnings generated from bonus funds.

Abuse of Promotions

l499 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived therefrom if there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, or using automated software to play through bonus funds.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the l499 platform are supplied by third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own set of rules published by the relevant provider, which are accessible within the game interface itself.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games (slot machines, virtual table games, and number games) use certified random number generation technology. Sports Betting

Pre-match odds are set prior to the commencement of the relevant event and may be adjusted at any time before the event begins. Live in-play odds are dynamic and update continuously during the course of the event. l499 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time for operational or integrity reasons.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l499 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a conduit for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gambling.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live dealer games where player decisions can influence outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, mobile financial service provider, or card issuer for a transaction that was legitimately processed by l499. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback claim will be immediately suspended.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with legitimate human play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a known technical error will be voided.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account on the l499 platform, regardless of the payment method, device, or identity used.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the l499 platform by any person under the age of 18.

09 Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your l499 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, l499 will process any outstanding eligible withdrawal of your verified account balance prior to closing the account. Please note that if your account balance includes uncleared bonus funds or funds subject to an ongoing investigation, these may be withheld pending resolution.

Termination by l499

l499 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Operation of multiple accounts;
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 08 of these Terms;
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation that requires the Platform to cease providing services to a specific player or category of players.

In cases where an account is terminated by l499 for cause, any balance held in the account at the time of termination may be forfeited, and l499 reserves the right to recover any losses or damages suffered as a result of the player's misconduct.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. l499 will provide reasonable advance notice to the email address associated with the account before applying any dormancy administration charge. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting customer support and completing any applicable verification steps.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l499, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, whether through losing bets, game outcomes, or bonus forfeiture;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond l499's reasonable control;
• Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Any claim arising from reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. l499 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any feature or content on the platform. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for certain types of loss is not permitted, l499's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

l499 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the operation of the platform — l499 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the platform itself.

Your continued use of the l499 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if desired, submit a request for account closure in accordance with Section 09 of these Terms.
